In the spirit of March Madness, the editors of the American Journal of Kidney Disease have put together a basketball-themed contest in recognition of National Kidney Month. NephMadness focuses on 64 unique aspects of clinical practice in nephrology.
“The primary goal of NephMadness is to offer educational content in a unique way that covers a diverse array of nephrology topics,” the editors stated in a press release. “From clinical care, to national initiatives, to basic science discoveries, no stone is left unturned.”
Examples of included topics are systolic blood pressure, bariatric surgery, and acute kidney injury biomarkers.

The contest is not limited to physicians specializing in nephrology. The deadline for entering the contest is noon of March 26 EDT.
