Men who take this low-dose daily option as directed can attempt sexual activity at anytime between doses. The daily formulation may be most appropriate for men with ED who anticipate more frequent sexual activity (e.g., twice weekly). For others, the previously approved taken-as-needed dosing regimen of tadalafil may be most appropriate.
