Focusing on the future

CMS recognizes that CROWNWeb will represent a major culture change for care providers and has taken steps to prepare the renal community for the system’s launch by developing and maintaining a CROWNWeb Learning Management System (LMS). LMS has updated training modules and tutorials for users to read and print for reference. CMS will monitor the performance and usability of CROWNWeb on an ongoing basis.

This will allow implementation of changes as needed to benefit the end users of the program and to add more robust functionality to future releases.
