It is in this same spirit of collaboration between urologists and nephrologists that we have chosen to partner with Renal & Urology News, a publication that draws interest and readership from both disciplines. Just as it is advantageous for urologists and nephrologists to work synergistically on clinical and research activities, so, too, is it beneficial to educate each other on developments in our respective areas.

Sharing knowledge can help spark ideas and stimulate discussion that can enhance patient care and contribute to advancements in our fields. Our hope is to do just that as we contribute to Renal & Urology News on a regular basis.

We are pleased to share our latest news regarding the innovative single-port surgical procedure and development of a total artificial kidney in this inaugural feature section.
