Miscellaneous neurodegenerative disorders:
Indications for: RADICAVA ORS
Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS).
Adult Dosage:
Use provided oral syringe. Give orally or via feeding tube on an empty stomach after overnight fasting. Avoid food for 1hr after administration, except water. 105mg (5mL) daily in the morning for 14 days, followed by 14 days off. Subsequent cycles: 105mg daily for 10 days out of 14-day periods, followed by 14 days off. Switching from IV: use same dosing frequency.
Children Dosage:
Not established.
RADICAVA ORS Warnings/Precautions:
Monitor for hypersensitivity reactions; discontinue and treat if occur. Asthma. Sulfite sensitivity. Pregnancy. Nursing mothers.
