Stool softener.
Adult Dosage:
50mg–300mg daily.
Children Dosage:
<2yrs: individualize. 2–11yrs: 50mg–150mg daily.
COLACE Warnings/Precautions:
Discontinue if rectal bleeding or no bowel movement occurs. Pregnancy. Nursing mothers.
