Indications for: AVAGARD
Surgical and healthcare personnel hand antiseptic.
Adult Dosage:
Apply to clean, dry hands and nails. Surgical: dispense 1 pump (2mL) of lotion into the palm of hand. Clean opposite hand, under fingernails and just above the elbow. Dispense another 2mL; repeat on the other hand. Apply additional 2mL to both hands up to the wrists. Allow to dry before donning gloves. Healthcare personnel: dispense 1 pump (2mL) of lotion into the palm of hand; apply evenly to cover both hands up to the wrists. Allow to dry.
Children Dosage:
Not applicable.
AVAGARD Warnings/Precautions:
Discontinue if an allergic reaction occurs. Avoid eyes, ears, and mouth. Risk of eye injury. Flammable. Do not use routinely if having wounds involving more than the superficial layers of the skin.
