Vitamin D May Protect Against Type 1 Diabetes


A new study by researchers at Harvard School of Public Health has found that having adequate levels of vitamin D during young adulthood may reduce the risk of adult-onset type-1 diabetes by as much as 50%. John Schieszer has the latest on the story in today's Medical Minute.
