The most comprehensive retrospective study ever conducted comparing how the major types of prostate cancer treatment stack up has turned up some rather interesting findings. John Schieszer reports in today's Medical Minute that the study supports a greater role for surgery for high-risk disease that has generally been observed in most practice settings.
