Which of the following urologic cancers, in advanced stages, is most appropriately treated by a medical oncologist instead of a urologist?

Urologic cancers in their advanced stages are treated mostly with hormone therapy and/or chemotherapy. Although urologists are trained in the treatment of advanced urologic cancers and are confident in their abilities to provide such care, medical oncologists can claim this patient population as their domain.
