How much time each week to do you spend dealing with third-party payers?
Many physicians are facing growing patient loads, according to various reports. One reason for this may be that physicians are increasing the number of patients they see to make up for shrinking payments from public and private third-party payers.
Aside from increasing doctors' clinical responsibilities, an increase in the number of patients could mean more paperwork for doctors and more time dealing with third-party payers to resolve patient health-coverage issues.
